The post-doc will work together with the beamline managers of I411 and I3 and share user support, maintenance and development on an equal basis. The candidate will: participate in giving user support at I411 and on the gas phase part of I3; have the chance to develop collaborative research with the various user groups; as well as pursue their own research at these beamlines or elsewhere.
The candidate will also assist with maintenance and development of the experimental equipment and the common sections of the beamline where needed (mainly I411) and, where appropriate, participate in plans for beamlines at the MAX IV facility.
