Angstromquelle Karlsruhe - ANKA

Karlsruher Institute of Technology

ANKA is the synchrotron light source of the Karlsruher Institute of Technology, providing light from hard X-rays to the far-infrared for research and technology. It currently has 15 beamlines, with 2 more being constructed. The facility is used by the Karlsruher Institute of Technology for its R&D work within the Helmholtz Society research programs, by collaborative research groups at research centers from the region, by the international scientific community and by industrial customers.
