Dortmund Electron Test Accelerator (DELTA) - FELICITA I (FEL) University of Dortmund DELTA is a 1.5 GeV electron accelerator facility based at the University of Dortmund, Germany. The Department of Physics sustains a chair for accelerator physics at DELTA. In cooperation with the users of synchrotron radiation, it constitutes the IBS (Institut für Beschleunigerphysik und Synchrotronstrahlung - Institute for Accelerator Physics and Synchrotron Radiation).
